The minimum age to drive an Audi on demand vehicle is 21 or 25 years, depending on the insurance group of the vehicle. The driver (considered to be the person that books the vehicle) must also hold a full and valid driving licence and meet our insurance company’s criteria. Drivers must present their driver’s licences at the Dealership for verification.

First you will need to register by clicking 'Book now' at the top of this page. You will need to provide mandatory information, including your driving licence and payment card details, among others. However, you will also be able to check availability and prices of Audi on demand fleet by clicking on 'Book now' at the top of this page.

Audi on demand vehicles are only insured for driving in Spain, Andorra, France and Portugal.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in Audi on demand vehicles.

Yes. It is possible to rent a wide range of accessories at the hub.

You are responsible for equipment that comes with your vehicle including; the keys, handbook and first aid kit and there will be a cost of replacing any damaged, lost or missing items included with your vehicle. Please refer to the Rental Agreement for more detail.

First, you have to create an account by clicking on 'Register/Log-in' at the top of the page. Enter all of the mandatory information including your full name, credit card and driving licence details. This information will be used later to confirm your booking by checking your driving licence.

After booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will also be able to see the start and ending times of your booking at «My Bookings». On the rare occasion we are unable to fulfil your booking, a member of the Audi on demand team will contact you to offer you alternative arrangements.

When you book a vehicle with us, you are choosing a specific vehicle. However, unforeseen circumstances do occur. On the rare occasion we are unable to fulfil your booking, a member of the Audi on demand team will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

We accept European and International full, valid driving licences. However, you will still be required to meet our insurance criteria to use the Audi on demand service. Please be prepared to present your driving licence at the point of handover together with a second form of ID such as a passport or ID card.

All collection, deliveries and returns must be within the operational hours of your chosen Audi on demand hub. This information can be found on the contact page and on the booking page next to the calendar.

Currently, the minimum booking time is 1 hour. However, please note that currently we are offering daily rates (24 hours).

You can book an Audi on demand vehicle for up to 28 days. The start time can be booked up to four weeks ahead.

Click on 'Register/Log-in' at the top of the page, enter your log in credentials and then select 'My Bookings' on the right hand side of the page. This page will show you all current, recent and cancelled bookings.

If you click on a confirmed booking, it will give you all the details of your vehicle, start and end time. It will also record any delivery requests made, although please note that this is only a request and confirmation will be made separately via email. Your booking code will also be displayed here and you will need to present this when receiving your car.

If you want to amend your booking, please contact your Audi on demand team and we will try our best to accommodate your request. You’ll find the contact information here. We will look at your case and do our best to accommodate you.

You can cancel online at any time. Simply log-in and go to 'My Bookings' and select the confirmed booking you wish to cancel. You will see a ‘cancel reservation‘ button and you will be asked to confirm. Please refer to the Rental Agreement.

There will be no cancellation charges up to 24 hours prior to your arranged start time. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the start time, you may be charged a cancellation fee of the first day. Please refer to the Rental Agreement.

All booked vehicles can be picked up and returned at your chosen Audi on demand hub and the delivery and pick-up points on the booking website.

After booking and receiving your booking confirmation mail the pick up details will be confirmed separately in another e-mail.

A member of our Audi on demand team will meet you with the vehicle. They will check your driving licence, your personal identity (NIF/NIE), allow you to review and agree to the vehicle’s condition, scan your QR booking code and hand you the keys.

We will also give you a quick tour of the vehicle and answer any questions you may have before you drive away.

This all takes place in a matter of minutes so you can be on your way quickly.

You will need to show your driver’s licence and either a printed or electronic copy of your booking confirmation email, or the confirmation within 'My Bookings' in your account. Please bring along a second form of ID if you have changed your name on your driving licence since booking. It is also important to check your NIF/NIE.

If you have a European or International driver’s licence, you may also be required to provide a second form of ID, such as a passport or ID card, showing your name and date of birth.

Unfortunately, without your driver’s licence we are unable to handover the vehicle.

This might be due to your email provider, in particular Gmail, who blocks QR codes from being displayed in emails. Don’t worry; your confirmation email will also include a numerical format of the QR code that can be used by the Audi concierge to activate the booking on their device.

Remember that we currently only billing you for full days. If you are going to be several hours late, we may charge you for an extra day’s rental.

Yes, if you comply with certain conditions. Contact the Audi on demand hub where you have made your booking at least two hours before the handover or return time and we will do our best to accommodate you. Remember that this depends on subsequent vehicle rental arrangements. You’ll find the contact information for your Audi on demand centre here.

The minimum reservation price is one day (24 hours), whether you use the vehicle for the full day or not. The daily price varies by vehicle.

The total price of your booking will be displayed for your review before you confirm your booking.

Your reservation includes your chosen Audi on demand model for the time and dates that you have booked, with a maximum of 500 km per day, 24-hour Audi Roadside Assistance and fully comprehensive insurance with excess. For more detail, please visit our what’s included page.

You are responsible for the cost of fuel, toll,parking charges and any fines received (e.g. speeding, parking, etc.) for the duration of your booking. You are also responsible for any damage caused and not covered by the insurance.

We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards as well as VISA debit cards. All payments for Audi on demand will be debited from the payment card that you register on your account. It is possible to update this payment card information online at any time under ‘My Account’.

A hold will be placed on the payment card registered on your account 72 hours before the start time of your booking. The total amount held will be equal to the total estimated hire charge, as specified in your booking confirmation, plus the insurance excess. For more detail, please visit our insurance section.

We will debit the payment card registered on your account following the return of the vehicle. An invoice will be issued to you via email up to three working days after returning the vehicle confirming the exact amount, including the total hire charge based on the time and vehicle used, the associated fuel charge (if any) and any applicable fees (for example relating to late return charges or out of zone deliveries).

If any damage was incurred during your booking, this will be evaluated by your chosen Audi on demand hub and a separate invoice will be raised up to 30 days following the end time of your booking confirming the amount owed (if any).

If you picked up any fines from parking or traffic infringements, you will be contacted by the Audi on demand team with instructions.

Your Audi on demand vehicle includes fully comprehensive insurance with an excess of €600 and €1.200 for the Audi R8.

It is not possible to arrange your own insurance for an Audi on demand booking. We provide fully comprehensive insurance included in the daily rate.

Currently, we are not offering any additional cover to reduce or remove the insurance excess amount. However, the insurance excess offered is typically lower than the excess that you would receive as standard with traditional rental companies.

In the unfortunate event of an accident, you should:
- Contact the emergency service on 112 if anyone is injured
- Make sure the vehicle is secure. If you are unsure that the vehicle is road worthy, please contact the 24-hour Audi Roadside Assistance team on:
- 900 320 333 - 900 330 310 (Audi A8, Q7, R8 and RS range)
- Available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year
- Write down the names and addresses of everyone involved, including witnesses
- Inform your Audi on demand team at the dealership

If the vehicle is stolen, you should report it to the police immediately and notify the Audi on demand team at your chosen location or Audi on demand customer services on +34 902 45 45 75.

We clean and inspect all of our vehicles prior to delivery. The concierge will highlight any existing damage to the vehicle on the vehicle condition report. It is important that you add any unrecorded damage before you sign and drive away.

Any new damage will be recorded on the vehicle condition report by the Audi on demand staff during the return process. Your chosen dealership will inspect and evaluate the damage and a separate invoice will be raised up to 30 days following the end time of your booking confirming the amount owed (if any).
